1. Processes of 6-8 coaching sessions

Coaching sessions with each professional, with a total duration of between 4 and 6 months. The process focuses on:

2. 5E methodology

Both at the individual level and at the Team Coaching level, focus inside has a solid methodology in numerous processes carried out in important Organizations. This methodology consists of the following steps:

Share a clear, constructive and trustworthy reference Framework so that the process is built on solid foundations.
Become aware of the current situation of the Person in the performance of their professional role.
Clearly define the desired state of competence level to which you want to reach through the process, within the strategic and cultural framework of the Organization
Assume responsibility for improvement and take action by putting all the resources available to the manager at stake, questioning beliefs and eliminating internal burdens.
Specify an action plan, and monitor and evaluate its implementation and its results.
